Welcome to FanLeague. This Privacy Policy sets out our data processing practices carried out through the use of the Internet and any applications provided by FanLeague. If you wish to make any requests concerning your personal information or any queries with regard to these practices, please contact us at:

  1. FanLeague collects personal information from visitors to its web site and users (“Players”) of any FanLeague applications, through the online registration process and every time Players interact with us.
  2. FanLeague processes personal information collected via this website and application for the purposes of i) setting up and managing Players’ accounts, ii) building personal profiles in order to enhance the user experience on the app and Website iii) complying with all regulatory requirements, in particular those relating to the identification of individuals under money laundering legislation, and iv) providing Players with information about promotional offers by FanLeague or our third parties. Access to such personal information is limited to the staff of FanLeague and/or agents and other third parties in accordance with their roles and responsibilities in managing the above uses in accordance with the applicable Data Protection Act. Exceptions are detailed under paragraph 9.
  3. Customer Service representatives and other representatives of FanLeague may have access to the above mentioned data in order to provide quality Customer service and to administer our business activities.
  4. For the purposes of applicable data protection legislation the Player hereby consents to the processing of any and all personal data (in manual, electronic or any other form) in connection with the Player's transactions in relation to FanLeague as well as those detailed under paragraph 3.
  5. FanLeague may share your personal data with any of its agents or partners who may only use such data for strictly the same purposes as FanLeague has specified within the terms of this Privacy Policy. FanLeague shall use personal data in accordance with the applicable Data Protection Act.
  6. You should assume that all use of our website, emails and telephone calls between you and FanLeague will be recorded. These recordings will be the sole property of FanLeague and may be used as evidence in the event of any dispute or to improve Customer care.
  7. In the processing of Member Accounts and associated transactions, FanLeague may have recourse to credit rating agencies, fraud detection agencies, anti-money laundering agencies and other agencies providing personal or age information. These agencies may keep a record of your information. You hereby consent to such disclosures.
  8. In order to make your visit to FanLeague’s and associated websites more user-friendly, to keep track of visits to the Websites and to improve the service, FanLeague collect a small piece of information sent from your browser, called a cookie. You can, if you wish, turn off the collection of cookies (please refer to your browser instructions as to how to do this). You must note, however, that turning off cookies may restrict your use of the Websites.
  9. FanLeague will or may use Players’ personal data for any of the following processes:
    1. to register a Player account on the request of the Player based on the mutual agreement as per the Terms of Service and in accordance with applicable regulations;
    2. to verify the identity of the Player;
    3. to communicate with the Player concerning the Service, including changes to terms, the nature of the Service and administration of the account;
    4. to communicate updates, news and offers to the Player related to the provision of the Service based on the mutual agreement as per the Terms of Service;
    5. to communicate offers which are deemed relevant to the Player based on using the Service extended on behalf of third parties; and
    6. to invite the Player to participate in surveys and user testing designed to develop, improve or increase the security the Service.

FanLeague use third party providers to match Player personal information in order to establish the validity of the data.

Transaction data

Use of transaction data (FanLeague does not access or retain account or card information).

Data is used to prove transactions to regulatory authorities including but not limited to gambling and financial authorities.

  1. The Player’s personal data will only be disclosed to third parties in the following cases:
    1. where FanLeague is required to do so by law;
    2. if it concerns a credit reference agency. A credit reference agency may also keep a record of the disclosed information;
    3. if FanLeague needs to share data with its payment processors to facilitate transactions;
    4. to comply with FanLeague’s legal and regulatory duties and responsibilities to the relevant licensing and regulatory authorities as well as all duties and responsibilities owed under any other applicable legislation and to any other applicable regulators in other jurisdictions;
    5. when FanLeague representatives believe that disclosure is necessary to protect FanLeague’s or the Player’s safety, or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
    6. if FanLeague is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, the Player will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on;
    7. if FanLeague’s marketing service providers require the data to carry out their tasks;
    8. if the third party is an associate, associate company or partner of FanLeague
    9. to any other third party with the Player’s prior consent to do so.
  2. A Player may opt out of certain features of this Privacy Policy that applicable Data Protection Acts require FanLeague to provide opt-out optionality from. Opt out selections can be found under the main menu/ privacy settings on the FanLeague Website and applications.
  3. It is possible for a Player to terminate his/ her account and exercise his/ her ‘right to be forgotten’, however FanLeague retains the right to keep such information that is required to prevent fraud and evidence historic transactions.
  4. By providing personal information and registering on, or logging on to FanLeague applications or website, you freely consent to FanLeague processing and disclosing personal information for the purposes and otherwise in the manner set out in this policy. Should you wish to qualify, vary, modify or limit the consent in any way, please do so by opting out as described under section 10 of this policy or by notifying us by contacting customer support in the applications or on the Website or by sending us an email to
  5. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any job application, which are governed by specific Human Resource Policy of FanLeague, the privacy sections of which will offered to an individual who responds to a job advertisement.
  6. FanLeague reserves the right to store Customer data for 10 years. A Customer may elect to “be forgotten”, however such information that may be used to prevent fraud, money laundering or other forms of criminality will be stored for 10 years from creation.
